Located opposite Notre Dame and all the second-hand booksellers, the Abélard restaurant is elegantly decorated in the style of Louis XIII. The food is made entirely from seasonal ingredients. Specialties include: salmon marinated in diced vegetables and olive oil, terrine of duck foie gras, spicy red tuna tartar with mesclun salad, "Ballotine" of stuffed pikeperch with salmon mousse and fried oyster mushrooms with chive butter. |
